Whether you’re an administrator, professional learning lead, or content curator, you'll now have direct, intuitive access to the insights you need, right within your microsite—no third-party tools or complex Google Analytics reporting tools required.

What Data Can You Expect?

Your analytics dashboard surfaces actionable insights in three key areas:

  • Content Engagement: Identify your most popular resources, track engagement trends, and spot opportunities for content improvement.
  • Platform Features: See which features are being used, by whom, and at what frequency—allowing you to tailor platform adoption strategies.
  • Audience Insights: Understand your users’ journeys—where visitors originate, what pathways lead to high engagement, and which users are returning for more.


Getting Started: How to Access & Use the Dashboard

Ready to explore? Here’s a quick guide to navigating your new analytics dashboard:

  1. Accessing Your Dashboard
    Site Admin: Open your profile menu and select My Reports. 
    Other program leads: Contact your site admin to request access
  2. Select Date Range & Filters
    Choose the time period you want to analyze. You can also filter by organizations, hubs, and groups to focus on specific users or content sets.
  3. Explore Report Categories
    Reports are organized into three main sections:
    • Content Engagement: See how your resources perform with detailed user interaction metrics.
    • Platform Engagement: Understand how users are engaging with platform features.
    • Visitor Journey: Track where users come from, how they find your content, and how many return over time.
  4. Dig Deeper
    Click View More on any report to access granular data. Use the Report Toolbar to filter, search, and export information. The Table option gives you searchable, sortable data at your fingertips, and you can download this data as a CSV for further analysis in your preferred tool.
  5. Save Your Favorites
    Click the heart icon to add any report to your Favorites—perfect for quickly accessing the metrics that matter most to you.
